Customer Service Specialist
Job Responsibilities: The Customer Service Specialists are responsible for a variety of duties, including enrollment, eligibility, and patient engagement. This position will help guide patients through the insurance process and assist in problem solving for various payers including insurance, HMO, Medicaid, Medicare and private pay.

Qualifications
Compensation: Starting Pay Range $17.13 - $21.40 Taking into account education and experience related to the position
Skills Must have excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; to receive and respond well to feedback. Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; time-management and organizational skills, including being punctual, responsive, and efficient. Perform job with professionalism and good judgment.
