About the Role:
Murphy Insurance Services is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive office environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Process documents and maintain accurate client records
- Support the sales team by following up with clients and preparing quotes
- Help with renewals and retention efforts
- Keep a positive attitude and contribute to a team-first culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service is preferred
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to multi-task
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be coachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A Texas P&C license is a bonus, but we’ll help the right candidate get licensed
