Personnel Resources has an opportunity for an Experienced Customer Service Specialist to join a manufacturing team in the Troy area! This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. This position will carry a variety of clerical and administrative functions as well as serving customers and vendors.
Experience
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is required.
  • Proven customer service background with experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities preferred in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and productivity software is essential
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
