Customer Service Specialist

Client Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our client, a rapidly growing technology leader in the beverage, medical, and industrial gas industry. This organization is known for their innovative network-based business model that streamlines supply chain operations and enhances client support.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$17/hr + 5% Bonus

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Specialist will provide professional, solution-focused support to B2B customers across beverage, industrial, and medical gas services. This role will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve account questions, order updates, product inquiries, and website/dashboard issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct outbound calls to onboard and support new customers.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:

• Strong data entry, system navigation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication style.
• Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and chat.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:

• Customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred.
• B2B customer support experience.
• Hospitality or retail background.

Education Requirements:

• Associate's degree is preferred.
