Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling resident and property manager communications, resolving escalated customer issues, performing data entry tasks, and supporting various operational projects as assigned.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who learns quickly, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve resident escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with residents and property managers via email
• Complete data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with one-off projects and special assignments as needed
• Collaborate with team members to support operational goals and process improvements

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required (2+ years is preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
