Jubitz Fleet Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making customers feel valued.

You'll be a key contact for our business-to-business customers, providing support by phone and email, resolving issues, answering questions, and helping deliver a World Class Customer Experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and email
• Support current and potential Fleet Services customers
• Resolve customer questions and issues
• Work with internal teams to find solutions
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Communicate products, services, pricing, and account information
• Find win/win solutions for customers and Jubitz

NO COLD CALLING!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | In-Person | Hillsboro

Participate in our After-Hours Phone Rotation approximately 1 week per month (includes weekends), averaging 10-12 calls per week.

$200 bonus for your after-hours rotation!

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma/GED required; two-year degree preferred
• 2+ years of office, customer service, or similar experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fuel industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work with numbers, percentages, and practical calculations
• Ability to understand technical procedures and regulations
• Most importantly: a genuine desire to help customers!
