Introduction

We are seeking a polished, professional individual with strong sales and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a stable career background and demonstrate interest in converting to a permanent position.

In Office Expectation

3 days a week in office Tue-Thurs (Mon and Fri WFH). During training process in the first month, candidates will be in office 5 days a week.

Interview Process

2 Rounds - MS Teams (camera on) & second round in person.

• Great Communication Skills.
• Proven Job History with a track record of stability.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Call routing and triage of retail leads.
• Maintain impeccable pipeline management.
• Tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls.
• Manage callbacks and follow-ups with customers.
• Work with contract validation and underwriting.
• Conduct Welcome Calls to ensure activation.
• Handle referral assignments and inbound calls.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions with pilot agents.
• Review and evaluate pilot conversion rates.
