Customer Service Specialist

Pace Heating and Air | Albany OR

From the homeowner whose furnace went out on a cold morning to the commercial building manager managing a service contract, our customers depend on us to show up and do the job right. We handle residential service, maintenance agreements, new construction, and commercial work - and the dispatcher makes all of it run.

Pay: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work hours: Monday through Friday | Business Hours

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Answer inbound residential and commercial service calls
  • Oversee the service dispatching board
  • Provide professional and caring communication
  • Schedule and dispatch field technicians
  • Open, manage, and close work orders in our service management software
  • Create estimates and maintenance proposals
  • Follow up with customers on pending sales quotes, upcoming scheduled work, and completed jobs
  • Scheduling routing / annual maintenances

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in scheduling, dispatch, service administration, or a related customer support role
  • Has used a CRM/ ERP or service software like Acowin, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or comparable field service software
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills, with the ability to remain professional, courteous, and calm when assisting both residential and commercial clients
  • Demonstrated success coordinating multiple service calls and effectively managing a dynamic dispatch schedule in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the HVAC industry a plus!
