Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Largo, FL
Duration: 5-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $23/hr W2

Job Description:
Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support customers across the Latin American market. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving shipment and warranty issues, and performing accurate data/order entry in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and order inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Process orders, returns, shipments, and warranty claims accurately
  • Perform data/order entry and maintain customer records
  • Coordinate with carriers and service centers on shipment issues and inventory transfers
  • Provide professional customer support and product information
  • Assist with billing, backorders, replacement parts, and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with data/order entry and Microsoft Windows
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
