Key Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders, returns, and refunds accurately within ERP systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Track shipments, provide updates, and resolve order-related issues promptly
Maintain clear communication using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and escalate issues as needed
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP/CRM systems - SAP Required (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience improving workflows or processes within CRM/ERP systems
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, rapidly evolving environment
Compensation & Schedule
$25/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO
