Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday (Saturdays if needed)
Pay: $18 - $21 per hour
Responsibilities:
Handle customer orders with accuracy and efficiency while providing information on product availability, pricing, and order status. Maintain a strong knowledge of tire brands, sizes, and specifications, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Professionally address and resolve customer complaints, update customer information in the CRM system, and assist with cross-selling and upselling relevant tire products.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in the tire, automotive, or wholesale industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM/order management systems.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
