What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist customers via email, text, and phone with software questions and account support.
- Guide clients on how to use the platform, troubleshoot issues, and conduct research to find solutions.
- De-escalate concerns, provide excellent service, and help customers feel confident and supported.
- Document all customer interactions and updates accurately within the system.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet research, PDF editing/conversion, and Teams or Zoom.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple customer requests at once.
- Experience with real estate, property management, HOAs, or HOA board involvement.
