• Legally able to work and reside in Fort Smith, AR
• At least 18 years of age 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends 
• Able to pass a background check 

• Experience upselling and recommending additional products or services to enhance the customer experience 
• Strong communication and active listening 
• Problem-solving and needs assessment 
• Accurate documentation and attention to detail 
• Customer-focused approach with empathy 
• Technical and billing troubleshooting 
• Able to efficiently navigate between screens a multiple systems
