About the role
As a customer service specialist, you will be communicating with our customers via email, live chat, texts, and phone calls. We are looking for someone to join our team from Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, pay range: $17-$20. We are looking for someone located in Utah who can join us in our Bluffdale office.
What you'll do
- Answer emails, texts, calls, chats and social media in a prompt and friendly manner
- Provide personalized, engaging, and compassionate customer service
- Troubleshoot customer issues and figure out quick solutions
- Implement conflict management skills to de-escalate emails and calls in a way that builds a positive customer experience
- Make independent and insightful decisions keeping customer and company needs in mind
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making
Qualifications
- Location: Able to be in our Utah office Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
