Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting our fresh produce offerings to retailers, restaurants, and other wholesale buyers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new customers and existing customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide product information, availability, and updates to customers.
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
- Generate invoices, delivery notes, and other necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of produce varieties and wholesale operations is a plus.
