Customer Service Specialist I

W2 Contract to Hire
Kingwood, TX – 5 Days Per Week
$19-$20/hr

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receives customer phone calls and resolves issues/concerns if necessary
• Researches accounts to discover pertinent information and issues
• Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
• Responds to billing inquiries Handles verification of pay histories and quote payoffs
• Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem
• Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Must speak Spanish and English

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to learn additional systems as needed
• Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation
