Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: $25.33

What's the Job?

  • Participate in or support low complexity initiatives within Customer Service.
  • Review basic policies, procedures, and tactical issues related to customer support tasks.
  • Provide information and assistance to client personnel in Customer Service.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls.
  • Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve pilot programs and customer experience.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined parameters and follow guidance from supervisors.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage referrals, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus to support diverse customer needs.
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment with a schedule of three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday).
