Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a great insight into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services.
What Youll Do
Day in the Life:
- Every day you will work face-to-face with clients in the branch location.
- Manage a cash drawer.
- Assist clients and team members.
- Uncover needs and educate clients on German American products and services.
- You will help clients by verifying account information and performing loan and deposit transactions.
- Guide them when they are not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.
What it Takes
- To thrive in this role, you must maintain confidentiality.
- Listen closely to understand and identify opportunities to better serve the customer.
- This will both build and strengthen long-lasting relationships.
