Customer Service & Call Center Opportunities

  • Corpay is hiring for a variety of Customer Service & Call Center Opportunities at our Lexington, KY office. Our teams support customers through reservation coordination, travel support, account management, client service, and operational support. Compensation:

Hourly pay based on the position and experience starting at $14.90-$16.35 an hour.

What You Can Expect

  • Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls and email communication
  • Assisting customers with reservations, travel support, account inquiries, and service requestsResearching information and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Accurately entering and updating customer information across multiple systems
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participating in team meetings, ongoing training, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, administrative, or client support experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new technology
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
