Shift: Monday - Friday | Candidates must be flexible for training schedules and occasional shift coverage between 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

We are seeking a "Customer Service Specialist" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support patients in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with account updates, collecting test results, processing supply orders, and providing product and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume call center
  • Collect, receive, and record INR results
  • Assist customers with demographic updates, physician changes, and supply orders
  • Provide product support and basic technology assistance
  • Support customers with digital platform usage
  • Follow call scripts and company procedures
  • Assist with customer escalations and complaints professionally
  • Monitor customer adherence to testing schedules
  • Maintain schedule adherence, attendance, and productivity standards
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and all company privacy and security policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
