Full-Time | Day Shift | Onsite
Location: Middle River, MD
Pay: $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced logistics and delivery environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to delivery scheduling and updates
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal partners
• Follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution
• Support dispatch and delivery coordination for assigned accounts
• Enter, update, and retrieve information using internal systems and tools
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting service deadlines
• Provide professional, responsive, and solution‑focused customer service

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience (logistics or delivery preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel
• Positive attitude with a strong customer‑service mindset
