At Heartland, we don't just support customers, we keep the entire operation moving. As a Customer Service Specialist on the Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers and internal teams have the support, structure, and information they need to run efficiently every day.
You'll work closely with customers, sales reps, vendors, and internal teams to keep daily operations on track, resolve issues as they come up, and ensure consistent, high quality customer experience. You'll also serve as a key connection point across the business, supporting day-to-day requests, managing contracts and account updates, maintaining system accuracy, and helping improve the processes that keep Heartland operating at a high level.
