Connally Insurance is a local Farmers Agency in Monterey, California, and our team is growing! We are looking to add a friendly, experienced office professional to join our team. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, managing projects and confidently helping our clients.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Document each customer contact in our client management system.
  • Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Remind clients about bills that are coming due.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
  • Work towards achieving your Property and Casualty license within 3 months after hire.
