What the job looks like
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for a growing HVAC and plumbing company
- Book service appointments, follow up on open opportunities, and support dispatch
- Sell and renew maintenance memberships
- Work in a fast-paced call center environment where your effort is tracked and rewarded
What we're looking for
- Prior CSR or dispatcher experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
- Comfortable on the phone — confident, friendly, and able to close a booking
- Motivated by performance — you want to know how you're doing and get paid for it
- Detail-oriented and able to stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Team player who holds themselves to a high standard
What you'll earn
- $40,000 – $50,000+ OTE (on-target earnings)
