Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Policy Presentations: Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products to help them make informed decisions.

Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Payments: Assist with billing and payment inquiries in an efficient, professional and accurate manner; resolve service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies.

Professional Development: Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your performance and contribute to the company's success


Requirements

Licensing: Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.

Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
