POSITION PURPOSE: 1. The primary and initial purpose of this job is to assist our frontline customer service team and provide our guests with an exceptional guest experience while building depth in our organization. This could mean checking in campers, cashing out guests, answering phones, filing, etc.
2. This position is also intended to provide you with a comprehensive background of our organization and its operations. We can also get a good idea of what your strengths are and where you might fit best. SCHEDULE:
40 hours per week, Overtime as required.
High season, from April to June and September to December, will allow one (1) Saturday OFF per month.
Low season will allow for up to Two (2) Saturdays OFF per month.
