You'll be:**+ Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.+ Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.+ Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.+ Processing orders, returns, payments, and account updates as needed.+ Documenting all customer interactions in company systems or CRM tools.+ Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.+ Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.+ Following company policies and compliance guidelines.**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**+ Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).+ Bring previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience (preferred).+ Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.+ Are able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.+ Have basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and CRM systems.+ Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.+ Are familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (preferred).+ Have strong typing and data entry abilities (preferred).**What happens next**Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
