Customer Service Specialist

The Humane Society of Missouri is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping animals. Our Customer Service Specialist interacts with the public both in-person and by phone to conduct animal intake/receiving, processing, and adoption of animals. This role primarily covers the front-desk of the shelter. If you love working with animals and communicating with people, this job could be a great fit for you. Responsibilities include:Cleaning reception area,Completing and filing paperwork,Operating Adoption Center computer system, andProviding essential care to animals received.This is a full-time, entry-level position, which will include weekend hours. Starting pay is $16/hour.
