You will also play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our educational programs and services

- Assist with the enrollment process for new students

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven customer service experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Knowledge of the education industry is a plus

- Bilingual in English and another language is an asset
