Gorilla Movers of Wisconsin Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Sun Prairie, WI! Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Schedule and coordinate moving appointments, ensuring accurate booking details
• Provide customers with accurate quotes, service information, and moving guidance
• Follow up with customers before and after moves to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain and update customer records in the company's scheduling system
• Collaborate with dispatch and moving crews to communicate special requests or schedule changes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications 
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor
• Experience in the moving, logistics, or home services industry is not required, but is a plus
