Responsibilities: • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
