Customer Service Specialist With Dutch

Your responsibilites:

• direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status,
• timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners,
• clarifying customer complaints,
• checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.

Our requirements:

• C1 level of Dutch and communicative level of English,
• relevant work experience in customer service,
• experience with SAP or other ERP system,
• ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
