Processes routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account transfers, while maintaining accurate cash balances.
Maintains a professional attitude, stays current on banking products, and collaborates with the team to generate new business and branch campaigns.
May open new accounts, deliver additional services, and handle branch cash operations, including vault and ATM duties.
Ensures compliance with regulatory, audit, and bank policies, completing training within set timelines.
Work is primarily indoors; involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
Requires excellent customer service, sales, communication, and listening skills, with experience in retail/customer service, cash handling, and proficiency with computer systems.
