This role is 100% on site.The Customer Service Supervisor leads the customer service team and is responsible for customer retention through effective execution of SPIROL's Order Fulfillment Process. This individual provides coaching, develops employees, drives process improvement, manages escalated customer situations, supports recruiting and onboarding efforts, and ensures the department meets service objectives.The successful candidate will have:3+ years of customer service leadership experienceManufacturing environment strongly preferredExperience leading and developing teamsERP and business systems experience is considered idealStrong operational and organizational skillsProven ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience with performance management, coaching, and employee developmentThe anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 annually. Actual starting salary will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.
