Description

Our Company SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and performance. Monitor call metrics and service levels to ensure compliance with company standards. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency. Address and resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely manner. Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to establish goals. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and effectively. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in customer service delivery. Serve as a liaison between the call center and other departments. Communicate effectively with team members to relay company updates and changes in policies. Perform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by Data Entry / Customer Service Manager Qualifications: Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required Preferred: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
