  • Vocalink Connections is seeking dependable and customer -focused Independent Contractors to support inbound customer service operations for our partner clients. Contractors will assist customers through phone, chat, and/or email channels, depending on the client program selected.<\/span>

    • Must be 18 years of age or older<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • High school diploma or equivalent required<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/span>

    • Basic computer proficiency, including typing and navigation skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a customer -focused environment<\/span>

    • Quiet, distraction -free home office environment
