$45k annual FT Onsite
JOB PURPOSE: Provide customer service and support for sales representatives and customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Customer service via telephone and email.
2. Generate sales orders, picture presentations, and reports.
3. Collaborate with other departments with regards to return authorization requests, shipping schedules, costs and any others as directed.
4. Review daily shipping schedule to follow up on orders shipped and those on credit hold or have not shipped yet.
5. Provide job task backup support in all critical business areas as outlined by Paris 1901 Manager
6. Merchandise jewelry and photograph for social media outlets.
7. Assist with organizing and driving to trade shows, jewelry events, and customer visits.
8. Collect on outstanding invoices
9. Perform bi-weekly reviews of accounts receivable reports
10. Assist Accounting team with overdue receivables collection
11. Must be able to travel ~10% of the year

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
2. 3+ years customer service experience required. Jewelry knowledge a plus.
3. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner to both internal and external customers.
4. Competent computer skills to perform essential functions. Strong Excel skills a must.
5. Creativity, initiative, and flexibility are essential.
6. Ability to correspond with customers to collect payments
