Location: Remote position
Onboarding: Background check only
*No spotlight call as this is just an additional spot for previous req with spotlight (1225-1)
Interviews: 1 round virtual/Teams interview prior to offer.

Job Duties/Description:
Order entry via EDI into AS400 ERP System, communication with customers via e-mail, working with Microsoft Excel to build customer schedules, working with customer portals to schedule order shipments/deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience required (minimum 3+ years in RELEVANT customer service role)
2. PROFICIENT & able to effectively work with MS Office (Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook)
3. Previous experience with EDI transactions required – AS400 ERP Experience a plus
4. Professional attitude
5. Self-motivated, ability to work remotely

Schedule:
9am - 6pm Central Time
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day (30 minute lunch)
