Position Summary: The focus of this position will be to provide exemplary customer service to CHN residents, contractors, internal and external partners, and vendors.

The rate of pay for this position is $19.00 per hour (FLSA Non-Exempt)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer service related areas:

Answering calls from residents, contractors, technicians and property managers
Scheduling work orders for technicians, contractors and manger inspections
Communicating with technicians in the field as needed
Calling residents for appointment reminders and follow-up quality control calls
Following up on contractor work orders
Scheduling utility services
Downloading PMV information and score sheets
Assisting with subsidy work orders and scheduling
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Required:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

3-5 years of customer service experience

Skills:

Bi-Lingual (Spanish, English)

Great computer skills; MS Excel and Word
Great communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Other:

Must have valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable personal vehicle.

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
Regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
