Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide front desk customer service and administrative support
• Enter and maintain customer information and records accurately
• Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to perform daily administrative tasks
• Assist with filing, document management, and general office organization
• Support internal staff with clerical and customer service needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
