As a Remote Travel & Events Coordinator, you will assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resorts, group travel, destination celebrations, and special travel experiences. You will help clients research destinations, review travel options, coordinate reservations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, supplier education, and ongoing support to help you learn the industry and develop confidence in assisting travelers.
Many of our successful team members come from backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, healthcare, education, administration, retail, event planning, and sales. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating professionally, staying organized, and learning new skills.
What You'll Do
• Assist clients with vacation and travel planning
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences
• Coordinate reservations and itinerary details
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online platforms
• Learn travel supplier systems and industry resources
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel planning
• Stay informed on travel promotions, destinations, and industry updates
