About the Role:
Tigard Bowl is looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service team member to join our crew in Tigard, OR! This is a fun, fast-paced role where you'll be at the heart of the action, helping guests have an amazing time every visit. If you love people and thrive in a lively environment, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assign lanes, rental shoes, and bowling equipment to guests
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the front desk
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about pricing, hours, and events
• Support food and beverage service at the snack bar or counter as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Assist with birthday parties, group events, and league coordination

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a busy, high-energy environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
