Customer Service Representative

Pryor, OK | Full-Time | Onsite to Start, Hybrid After 6 Months

Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Pryor, OK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Open new customer accounts and maintain account information

• Update and manage customer records

• Investigate and resolve product or service concerns

• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and other channels

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Strong computer and data-entry skills
