Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Waco, TX. This person will Handle customer inquiries and policy changes through phone, email, and written communication while explaining coverage details and resolving issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalated requests to the appropriate departments when needed. Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, and the ability to learn internal software quickly and effectively. M-F 8am to 4:45pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data for accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
