About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service & Warehouse Support professional to support daily operations through excellent service, accurate order handling, and hands-on warehouse work. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands warehouse processes, and is comfortable using hand tools. The right candidate is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with a stable and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Resolve customer concerns, collaborate with internal departments, and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist with order processing, quotes, and product support
  • Pull, stage, and organize inventory using scanning systems with strong attention to detail
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers; secure materials for safe transport
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training and certification provided)
  • Use hand and pneumatic tools to replace or change components as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Cross-train and support additional duties as assigned
  • Adhere to health, safety, and attendance guidelines

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Warehouse experience and ability to perform physical work
  • Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and interested in growth opportunities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’ s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience required
  • Basic mechanical skills and prior forklift operation experience preferred
  • Commercial (heavy-duty) truck parts knowledge preferred

Additional Requirements
  • Pre-employment drug testing required
  • Valid driver’ s license with a good driving record required
