Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Providing information and guidance to clients regarding our services and properties

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and files

- Assisting with scheduling appointments and property showings

- Processing rental and sales applications and leases

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Assisting with marketing and advertising efforts to attract potential clients

- Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time, including some weekends and evenings
