Job Full Description

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

*Will stay until 6pm 2 days a week during busy season*

Pay: $19.00/HR (+$1 if bilingual)

Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond tocustomer inquiries.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests for assistance.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • Previous office experience in a customer support role, such as a call center.
  • Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
  • Longevity in previous roles (2-3+ years with one employer is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
