Our team works directly with members to help them understand programs available through these relationships and make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

Your Role

You’ll spend your day speaking with members who have already shown interest and asked to receive additional information. Your responsibility is to guide them through the process, learn what matters most to them, answer their questions, and explain the available solutions in a straightforward way.

This is a relationship-focused position where communication and follow-through matter. You’ll manage conversations from the initial appointment through completion while ensuring every member receives a professional and positive experience.

All appointments and team activities are conducted remotely, allowing you to work from home while remaining connected to your team and leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Connect with members through scheduled video and telephone appointments.
• Ask thoughtful questions to better understand individual needs and priorities.
• Walk members through available programs and explain information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
• Update electronic files and ensure member information and appointment notes remain accurate.
• Attend regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development workshops.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve your communication and overall effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• Eligible to work in Canada or the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working with computers, video conferencing, and online communication platforms.
• Strong conversational and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to listen, ask questions, and communicate information effectively.
• Organized and capable of managing your own workload and appointments.
• Consistent, responsible, and comfortable working without constant supervision.
• Previous experience working with customers or clients is beneficial, but training is provided.
