Customer Services Representative

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers with questions, requests, account updates, and service-related concerns.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and other customer requests as assigned.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and concerns have been properly addressed.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
Meet established customer service, quality, productivity, and response-time standards.
Protect customer information and follow company privacy and security procedures.
Participate in virtual meetings and communicate effectively with remote team members.
Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
