We are looking for an energetic, organized, bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, order taking, light sales, scheduling, and administrative support.
You will be a primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers by phone and email. When customers call to order services, you will help them determine their needs, explain available services, provide pricing, and close the order.
We are open to either:
One Full-Time 8am- 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails professionally
- Take and process residential and commercial service orders
- Provide information, pricing, and recommendations to customers and convert inquiries into orders
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, and work orders
- Enter customer information and orders accurately into company software
- Maintain customer, driver, vehicle, and maintenance records
- Assist owners with daily office operations, reports, and administrative tasks
- Handle billing support, correspondence, and general clerical duties
- Provide friendly, solutions-oriented customer service and resolve issues efficiently
